पात्रता मापदंड:

• शैक्षिक योग्यता: किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शैक्षिक बोर्ड से भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान और गणित में न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ 10+2 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण।
• जेईई (मेन्स) 2025: जेईई (मेन्स) 2025 परीक्षा में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।
• आयु सीमा: साढ़े सोलह (16 ½) से साढ़े नौ (19 ½) वर्ष। अभ्यर्थी का जन्म 02 जुलाई 2006 से पहले तथा 01 जुलाई 2009 के बाद (दोनों तिथियां सम्मिलित) नहीं होना चाहिए।
• वैवाहिक स्थिति: केवल अविवाहित पुरुष उम्मीदवार ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• राष्ट्रीयता: भारतीय नागरिक, भूटानी नागरिक, नेपाली नागरिक या तिब्बती शरणार्थी जो 01 जनवरी 1962 से पहले भारत में बस गए हों या भारतीय मूल के लोग जो पाकिस्तान, बर्मा, श्रीलंका और पूर्वी अफ्रीकी देशों (केन्या, युगांडा, तंजानिया, जाम्बिया, मलावी, ज़ैरे और इथियोपिया) के साथ-साथ वियतनाम से स्थायी रूप से भारत में आकर बस गए हों, आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

चयन प्रक्रिया:

• JEE (Mains) 2025 और 10+2 के अंकों के आधार पर की जाएगी।
• चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को सेवा चयन बोर्ड (एसएसबी) साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
• SSB साक्षात्कार दो चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा। चरण 1 में अधिकारी बुद्धिमत्ता रेटिंग (OIR) परीक्षण और चित्र बोध एवं विवरण परीक्षण (PP&DT)) शामिल होंगे। चरण 1 उत्तीर्ण करने वाले अभ्यर्थी चरण 2 के लिए पात्र होंगे।चरण 2 में मनोवैज्ञानिक परीक्षण, समूह परीक्षण अधिकारी (GTO) कार्य और साक्षात्कार शामिल होंगे।
• SSB द्वारा अनुशंसित अभ्यर्थियों की चिकित्सा जांच की जाएगी।
• अंतिम चयन मेरिट सूची और मेडिकल परीक्षा के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

प्रशिक्षण:

• कुल प्रशिक्षण 4 वर्ष का होगा।
• प्रथम चरण: 3 वर्ष का बुनियादी सैन्य प्रशिक्षण और इंजीनियरिंग प्रशिक्षण (CME पुणे, MCTE महू या MCEME सिकंदराबाद में)।
• दूसरा चरण: भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी (IMA), देहरादून में एक वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण।
• प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने पर अभ्यर्थियों को लेफ्टिनेंट के पद पर स्थायी कमीशन मिलेगा तथा इंजीनियरिंग की डिग्री प्रदान की जाएगी।

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination with minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized educational board. • JEE (Mains) 2025: It is mandatory to appear in JEE (Mains) 2025 examination. • Age Limit: Sixteen and a half (16 ½) to nine and a half (19 ½) years. Candidate must not have been born before 02 July 2006 and after 01 July 2009 (both dates inclusive). • Marital Status: Only unmarried male candidates can apply. • Nationality: Indian citizens, Bhutanese citizens, Nepalese citizens or Tibetan refugees who have settled in India before 01 January 1962 or persons of Indian origin who have permanently settled in India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia) as well as Vietnam can apply.

Selection Process:

• Selection will be done on the basis of JEE (Mains) 2025 and 10+2 marks. • Selected candidates will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview. • SSB interview will be conducted in two stages. Stage 1 will consist of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) test and Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT). Candidates who qualify Stage 1 will be eligible for Stage 2. • Stage 2 will consist of Psychological Test, Group Testing Officer (GTO) task and Interview. • Candidates recommended by SSB will undergo medical examination. • Final selection will be done based on merit list and medical examination.

Training:

• Total training will be of 4 years. • Phase I: 3 years of basic military training and engineering training (at CME Pune, MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad). • Phase II: One year training at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. • On successful completion of the training, candidates will get permanent commission in the rank of Lieutenant and will be awarded an engineering degree.Online
